We accelerate development and work with technology startups to co-create solutions.Main Objective:
We are seeking an experienced IT Release Management Expert with a specialized focus on Salesforce and Copado to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of release management processes, change management, and deployment strategies within Salesforce environments, augmented by expertise in Copado for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). This role involves managing the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring that new software releases are planned, scheduled, coordinated, and deployed efficiently and effectively.Main Tasks:
  • Release Management:
  • Develop and maintain release management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Plan release windows and cycles, balancing the need for new features with system stability and performance.
  • Coordinate and communicate release activities across various teams including development, QA, and operations.
  • Salesforce Administration:
  • Oversee the deployment of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Salesforce environments, including sandbox refreshes and production deployments.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure seamless integration and release of new features and enhancements.
  • Copado Expertise:
  • Utilize Copado tools to manage and automate the deployment pipeline.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD processes using Copado, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments.
  • Train and mentor team members on Copado best practices and usage.
  • Change Management:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new releases.
  • Monitor and control changes to the production environment, minimizing disruption and ensuring compliance with governance policies.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks in the release process and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct post-release reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the release process.
  • Facilitate release planning meetings and status updates, providing transparency and visibility into release progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Working Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT release management, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • +5 years' work experience within digital teams and Jobs.
  • +5 years' experience in internal or external stakeholder management.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience within agile organizations
  • Language skills: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
  • Technical skills:
  • Proven expertise in using Copado for CI/CD processes.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Soft skills:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
