We offer professional solutions in finance, purchasing, reporting, logistics, technology, human resources, projects, communication, legal matters, environment, safety, health, and qualityArea:In the HUB of Montevideo, we have the Financial Reporting area, which is responsible for ensuring that the financial statements are completed correctly, complying with local and international regulations. Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are prepared, collaborating with Local Finance, Controlling, and the parent company. At the end of the month, all information is gathered from the SAP System modules, and then we report our Financial and Operational versions in our official system.Main Objective of the Position:Perform daily tasks and periodic analyses related to Financial Reporting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of accounting information in SAP and other databases.Main Tasks:

Ensure the effective execution of month-end closing procedures and controls, encompassing all predefined processes, including Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) controls, to guarantee the quality of reports submitted to headquarters.
Contribute to the preparation of notes for the Financial Statements on both a quarterly and annual basis. Take responsibility for conducting monthly Account Analysis in accordance with the established account mapping.
Engage in various global projects and initiatives throughout the year related to process documentation, FRC, testing, auditing, and more. Provide support for tasks associated with the accounting of Fixed Assets and Leasing in compliance with IFRS 16.
Enhance collaboration in the comprehensive monitoring of the Clearing Account by identifying discrepancies and facilitating their resolution, ensuring the efficient operation of the process.
Coordinate and collaborate with Local Finance on various tasks within their scope, including Account Analysis, analytical procedures, mergers and acquisitions, and others.
Maintain constant and proactive communication with various clients and stakeholders, working closely with different areas of the organization.
Understand the end-to-end (E2E) process within Financial Reporting and its impact on the workflow, while evaluating and proposing improvements to the process.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:

Education | Advanced student or graduate of Public Accounting or Business Administration careers.
Work Experience | 1 to 3 years of accounting experience.
Languages | It is necessary to have an intermediate level of Englis. Knowledge of Portuguese will be highly valued.
Technical Skills | Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
Soft Skills | A dynamic individual with strong communication skills.
