- Assess the current stage of Jira usage across teams and identify gaps.
- Collect, analyze, and report key metrics, building dashboards, roadmaps, and trend visibility.
- Propose improvements to workflows, reporting structures, and processes based on data-driven insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
- Research and integrate complementary tools (e.g., Jellyfish, GitHub) to strengthen data visibility and decision-making.
- Drive governance models, adoption strategies, and change management plans for process improvements.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of Jira practices to maximize team productivity.
- 5+ years of professional experience with Jira administration, process analysis, or project management.
- Strong expertise in Jira, including dashboards, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
- Solid grounding in process optimization, KPI definition, and analytical reporting.
- Experience with complementary tools such as Jellyfish, GitHub, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose and implement scalable process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading adoption/change management initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Certifications in AWS (we are AWS Partners), Databricks, and Snowflake.
