For more information, visitWe are seeking a AI Data Engineer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Data Engineer with experience in AI technologies to join our multicultural team. This role combines data engineering expertise with applied AI, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and AWS services. You will contribute to both maintaining existing solutions and supporting new AI-driven initiatives.What is this position about?

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and AI-powered retrieval systems.
Support the implementation and optimization of semantic search, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategies.
Ensure data quality, testing coverage, and system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver AI-based solutions.
Participate in system migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with AWS services: S3, Lambda, API Gateway (required), Bedrock and Bedrock Knowledge Bases (desirable).
Knowledge of RAG pipelines, semantic search, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with OpenSearch or similar search engines.
Experience with unit and integration testing.
Understanding of data modeling and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB desirable).
Knowledge of Kafka (desirable).
Experience with Visual Studio via SageMaker (plus).
Autonomous and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
Pragmatic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills in fast-paced settings.
