An exciting new opportunity is available within the company as an Associate Architect responsible for supporting and maintaining our messaging and collaboration systems. Associate Architects develop strategies for improving our environment research and propose new technologies, products, configurations, processes, and policies provide toptier expert support to users for all messaging and collaboration systems work directly with technology vendors to investigate and resolve issues draft professional and technical documentation and communications tailored to specific audiences.Who you areIndepth understanding and experience supporting the messaging and collaboration platforms within Microsoft 365
Expert knowledge with 10 years of experience in Exchange Including both Exchange OnPrem and Exchange Online
Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange Hybrid
Experience in configuring and managing new Exchange OnPrem and M365 tenants
Experience in PowerShell scripting, workflows and troubleshooting with PowerShell ISE
Experience in managing or supporting mergers and acquisitions, including tenant to tenant migrations
Experience in implementing advanced functions of Office 365 Security and Compliance center AIP, ATP, Mail flow rules management, Managing DNS records, Exchange online protection, SPAM security controls
Other beneficial technical experience includes Microsoft Teams, Proofpoint, Microsoft Purview, onpremises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Licensing.
