We have an active and ongoing pipeline of opportunities across various domains, including:MLOps & Data Engineering – building robust data pipelines, deploying models, and ensuring scalability.Analytical & Business-Focused Data Science – designing models, conducting advanced analytics, and delivering actionable insights.Generative AI & Applied AI – developing innovative AI solutions and integrating LLM-based approaches into business workflows.We consider candidates of vary seniority levels — mostly from senior to seasoned experts leading large-scale projects at a Manager or Senior Manager levels. Our goal is to understand your strengths and explore how you can be a great match for our diverse range of roles.You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office in Montevideo, Uruguay or Bogotá, Colombia.In this role, you may:Work cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.Design, develop, and deploy data-driven models and solutions.Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and model workflows.Perform statistical analyses, create dashboards, and communicate results effectively.Contribute to the development of AI-based solutions.Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and scalability in production environments.QualificationsRequired Skills:Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related), or equivalent hands-on experience.Nice to have skills for different roles:Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, LLM fine-tuning).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Experience with big data frameworks (PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake).How much experience must I have?
