- Create enablement content using instructional design principles, including written guides, presentations, videos, and interactive learning assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Marketing and Sales teams) and external vendors to co-develop content aligned with business goals.
- Ensure content is clear, consistent, and optimized for sales audiences.
- Analyze content performance and learner feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Support enablement initiatives by contributing to planning, execution, and content delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Learning and Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or content creation.
- Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g., SharePoint, Unily), LMS (e.g., Litmos, Moodle, Cornerstone) and instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).
- Strong project management skills and comfort with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to simplify complex topics into digestible, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital authoring tools.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ADDIE framework.
- Experience in the travel or technology sector.
- Video production or multimedia storytelling skills.
