For more information, visit .What is this position about?We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a long-term audience platform project. This role deal for a self-driven design professional who can act as both a Design Lead and the primary designer on the team. The designer will collaborate directly with the client, driving the product design process, gathering requirements, conducting UX QA, and steering the overall design direction.Job Description

Lead end-to-end product design activities, from discovery to final delivery.
Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with business goals.
Conduct UX QA and ensure design quality across all deliverables.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Act as a design advocate, guiding stakeholders and teammates through the design process.
Provide strategic input to help shape the product roadmap and vision.
Manage all design work within Blend’s Figma account, leveraging JIRA and VDI access for project collaboration.

Qualifications

5–8 years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma required) and design systems.
Strong knowledge of UX principles, design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
Experience working with or alongside data products, AI/ML models, or analytics dashboards is a plus.
Ability to work independently as the sole designer on a project while guiding product direction.
Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions effectively to clients.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset.
Consulting or agency experience is a plus.
