We're looking for a Fintech Chief Marketing Officer with a strategic product marketing vision, exceptional leadership, and persuasive skills.The CMO is accountable for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives. Is responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.Part of the CMO jobs is to understand the product’s value proposition and turn that information into compelling messages for customers, prospects, and internal audiences.Responsibilities:
  • Work closely to Product and Sales to lead global go-to-market plans and messaging strategies.
  • Directing the company’s public relations efforts, or working in conjunction with internal and external public relations teams to create a coordinated message.
  • Investigating and evaluating the market and the company’s position in it.
  • Supervising the creation and deployment of creative aspects that position the company in the market.
  • Supervising or collaborating with sales to turn marketing insights into sales.
  • Establish a marketing budget and keep track of the ROI.
  • Report on marketing activity to other departments and executives regularly.
  • Supervise the marketing team.
  • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
  • Understand the product’s value proposition and turn that information into compelling messages for customers, prospects, and internal audiences
Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer, Product Marketing Officer or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.).
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of Fintech business
  • Proficient in Google Docs and business software (e.g. CRM)
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Native-level English speaker.
