These agents play a crucial role in guiding airline customers throughout their entire airport journey. Have minimum availability of three days per week, including weekends, holidays, Christmas and New Year’s holidays
Have a high level of English proficiency.
Proficient in computer skills.
Be open to shifts of 4 and 6 hours
Willingness to travel for training purposes.
Offer flexibility in schedule availability.
