Marketing Analyst Jr

• Content creation for social media strategies, and its distribution across different platforms to maximize reach and impact.
• Writing blogs, resources, and other content.
• Performing monthly metric analysis to evaluate the performance of marketing content and campaigns, gain insights into audience engagement, and determine the effectiveness of current strategies.
• Provide support to the Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing events, including webinars, roundtables, events in the US, and other related activities. This includes managing logistics and assisting in planning content.
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

• Advanced student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration with orientation in Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or related role, preferably with exposure to digital marketing strategies.
• Proficient in English (C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Copywriting skills with the ability to create impactful marketing messages and content.
• Proficiency in photography, content recording, and coverage of team activities.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for marketing and brand building.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
